Con-Lei Transport, LLC located in Manchester, Maryland was formed by Conrad and Leigh Anne Bullard out of their desire to have fun while providing a valuable service to their fellow riders.

Conrad is an avid motorcycle rider with 15 years of management and operating experience in the transport industry. Leigh Anne is a financial manager with business and project management expertise. Together they have created a company that will provide safe, secure, and reliable motorcycle transportation to spectacular events throughout the United States, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
